A Queensland business mentor who understands the realities of running a small business — and helps owners make the practical changes that actually move things forward.
The story
Travis has spent his career working with small business owners across Queensland. Before ThinkBiz he helped start Small Business Solutions in partnership with the Queensland Government — a program that went on to help more than 8,000 businesses and became one of the largest business assistance programs in Australian history.
Along the way he's personally supported well over 1,000 owners. He brings an MBA and a former academic background to the work, but his style is anything but academic. It's practical, grounded and built around real businesses with real pressure.
Consulting philosophy
Travis understands that small business owners are often carrying a lot at once — customers, staff, cash flow, sales, operations, family pressure and daily decisions. His approach is to help owners step back, understand what is really happening, and focus on the practical changes that will make the biggest difference.
